I just love recipes. Not the kind that you use to actually cook but the kind that you write about life. It’s usually a fun write for kids of all ages and a fun thing to share. I thought today I’d try my hand at writing a recipe for Education. Maybe you could try writing your own recipe with your kids.
Education Recipe
A handful of a Desire to Learn (Be careful not to bruise the Desire)
3/4 teaspoon Knowledge (A little can go a long way)
1 pound of Teaching (You want the best quality of course)
3 quarts of Sharing (Adding more is optional)
2 cups of Opportunity (Any variety is fine)
1/2 pint of Preparation (Warm it up first)
A ton of Information
In a bowl mix all ingredients together, except the information. Sift the Information carefully and add small amounts at a time. Stir vigorously until smooth and then serve with some pieces of Reflection. Enjoy!

In teaching you cannot see the fruit of a day’s work. It is invisible and remains so, maybe for twenty years.
